Should we let Jurassic World 2 get melted by this volcano?

Oh no, the lava is headed right for it! Click your favorite childhood dinosaur media: We’re Back! A Dinosaur’s Story - https://www.patreon.com/JennyNicholson The Land Before Time - https://twitter.com/JennyENicholson Turok: Dinosaur Hunter (for sociopaths) - https://www.instagram.com/spider_jewel/ That awful disney sitcom called Dinosaurs - https://spiderjewel.tumblr.com/ Disney’s Dinosaur (the commercially unsuccessful movie which ripped off the basic plot of The Land Before Time) - https://www.facebook.com/JennyNicholsonVids/ If you're still reading I wanted to add that the multiple scenes about Blue having empathy, and the moment where she cries the single dinosaur tear, seem to suggest that part of what makes the dinosaurs worthy of saving is that they engage with humans on our own terms. The implication being that an average dumb animal, or one with natural predator instincts, is Other and thus less worthy of saving. And that the right to live is conditional. Blue shouldn't need to be Smarter Than Your Average Dinosaur for people to feel badly for her when she is suffering.

That was an incredibly quick preview-to-posted process, especially after the suspense that followed the porgs preview.

Listening to Jenny's description of of the film in the first 3-4 mins of the video and I'm not sure if this is her spoofing the movie or if it's what actually happens.

I feel like when you are describing the mansion you are describing what I would expect Harrison Hightower's mansion to look like.

Robert O'Donnell

About your after credits theory: I think it might actually be partially true. They'll be able to round up/kill the larger dinosaurs, but raptors at least will be able to not just escape but thrive in the wild due to how smart they are.

JK

On the topic of how we might treat human clones, have you seen 'Never Let Me Go'? It's a very good film it but it's just too sad for me to rewatch.

R.G. Nairam

it is unfortunately pretty close

I haven't really been that mad about the movie because I've been able to laugh about it so much, but now I'm a little mad I don't get your idea as a movie instead.

Dinosaur E3, eh? So, is Sony just going to re-release the Demo One tech demo? :P

Nicole Brant

“Maybe this is why they went extinct.” Hahaha I love your videos. You crack me up! 😊

Bill Holt

I prefer Michael Bay's "The Island", sexy dumb clones in jumpsuits.

Diaper 9-11

Everyone in the movie kept mentioning that the mansion was in northern California. During one of the establishing shots, they show that Orick is a few miles away. I'm from Humboldt and Orick is a scary place. Here's a cute 10 minute documentary about Orick if you're interested: https://youtu.be/ESX9ghivck4

Ah nice! I had assumed watching the movie that it was supposed to be closer to the bay area. I've never been to Orick but I've been to Humboldt county a lot, my aunt lives in Eureka so I've spent many summers there

Steve Ray

The more sexy dumb clones in jumpsuits, the better!

Dinosaurs are animals! Thanks for your support!

I know the patreon backers list is long, but I still think it's a pretty nice gesture. Looking forward to the next ramble!

+1 to this video for being half of a 'script doctor' video. I'd like to see more of those.

Luis

Watched the movie again after seeing Jenny's video and I was almost kicked out of the theater for laughing at the phone pillow :(
