Hello my dear friends!

I hope everyone is doing well!

Tonight I present to you my biggest diorama for Hot Wheels! 340mm long, two stories, but all printable on a mini! The overpass!

And the whole thing can be lit using LEDs in a relatively simple way!

I spent a lot of time perfecting details, removing others and making sure everything was easily printable AND easy to assemble.

The key to this project: Follow the instructions step-by-step and (yes I say it again!) do dry fit checks (without glue) at each one of them.

The rest is as simple as all other dioramas:

-100% support free

-All the parts are already placed in the right orientation for printing

-Color coded names with quantities

-Bambu Lab project file included

-The multicolor parts are made with color change at height, a simple procedure any printer can do.

For the Bambu Lab project file, the color changes are already set BY LAYERS. So you need to slice the part to see the applicable colors.

As you can see, we did a lot of pictures in every angles, so you have plenty of nice pictures for your store if needed.

Finally, i have included my wiring instructions in case you wanna do it the same way i did. They are in a separate folder in the instructions folder.

In any case, if you have some questions, feel free to send me a private message. I will be pleased to help you as much as i can!

Have fun my friends! Hope you like it!

List of filaments used (all pla):

-GREEN: Spectrum Filaments - Forest green

-BLACK: Polymaker - Polyterra charcoal black

-SILVER: 3DPrintingCanada - House brand Silver

-ORANGE: Polymaker - Polyterra Sunrise orange

-WHITE: Sakata - PLA 850 White

-LIGHT GRAY: Polymaker - Polyterra Marble White

-MEDIUM GRAY: Polymaker - Polyterra Fossil Gray

-DARK GRAY: Polymaker - Polylite PLA pro Dark gray

-TURQUOISE: Polymaker - Polyterra Artic teal

-YELLOW: Spectrum Filaments - Bahama Yellow

-CLEAR LIGHT BLUE FILAMENT: M3D - Performance PETG - Clear Blue (But you can use any clear PLA you like)

NOTE: The clear light blue filament was used to replace the clear yellow filament on the street lights and for the LED case lens. The LED case is meant to be printed with that filament, but the street lights were supposed to be a nice, clear yellow... I didnt have any clear yellow like specified in the file name or the Bambu Lab project file. So on my pictures the street lights are different than specified.

Your pictures are always awesome! Just a note though, Etsy is requiring stores to use their own photos going forward and will likely de-activate listings using your stock photos. I personally use my own but use yours as examples of what to achieve.

i think you should make a simpsons house diorama

Anthony Grimaldi

This looks amazing! If there were a ramp section to mate up with it, this could be a really cool modular section of highway! Do you have road or track pieces anywhere, I just see all the dioramas and I would love to build a town!

Diego Ordóñez Barrios

This is such a cool diorama. I second Anthony's Idea, I would LOVE to build this as a set, if I may suggest a 90 degree turn as to build this way bigger

Where can I find the lights for this?
