Hello my fantastic friends!

While I was working on a project that I will be releasing soon, my fantastic Pam came to me with an idea that I thought was brilliant!

"I want to put your mini village in our tree! I need you to design a way to hang them on the tree!!! she then said to me!

I loved the idea! So I took a few minutes to design a small support to hang the mini village as she wanted!

It's hard to make it simpler: a base, a ring that goes over the house and bingo! We now have our mini village in our big white tree!

A little Christmas parenthesis here: Pam is crazy about Christmas! ;) Like, really crazy! We have 5 Christmas trees here! So needless to say, we had the space to install the village without any problem!

What you need to know about this project;

Not much honestly! lol!

I recommand to use remote controled battery operated tealights. Much faster to light them up when they are in the tree. Like those which are smaller than the rechargeable ones i have post in the past:

I chose to put fuzzy skin on the base, but not on the ring. But it is possible to put it on both pieces... Or not at all! You decide!

I tested several Fuzzy skin settings and all worked very well. I settled on a point distance of 0.55mm and I kept the thickness at 0.3mm for my final print.

No supports are required, and the parts are all placed in the right direction for printing.

I also included a very small Bambu Lab project file. The settings are already placed and the fuzzy skin is on the base. (By objects)

Ha! Maybe i found an important point: Do not glue your mini village on the base!!! You're gonna be very sad when comes the time to operate your tealight or change the battery!!! ;)

So that's it!

If you have any questions, feel free to send me a private message! I receive a lot of them these days, so I will ask you to be indulgent a little, I will answer you all as soon as I can. You can also seek help on my Facebook community page. I'll put the link below! Have a great day friends!
