UPDATE 2024-12-11: There's was an error on the painted version of the hard candy in the BambuLab project file. It is now corrected. Also, the list of filaments i used for the project is now at the bottom of this post. Hello my wonderful friends!

I hope everyone is doing well!

Here he is standing tall and proud! A magnificent Nutcracker in the colors and style of the beloved train and gingerbread house.

It was a magnificent challenge, and I must say that I find the final result simply magical!

At 300mm tall, he will watch over your Christmas kingdom and attract the attention of your loved ones for sure!

What you need to know:

- The project prints 100% without supports.

- The project prints on any type of 3D printer.

- The project is compatible with "mini" type printers.

- No hardware required

- A BambuLab project file is included

- All parts are already placed in the correct orientation for printing.

- Full instructions are included.

As always, I recommend reading a step or two ahead to better understand the instructions, and to do some dry fit checks (without glue) to see how the pieces fit together.

Use at least 3 walls (i recommend 4) and 10-15% of your favorite infill

FOR MINI USERS:

You need to place the scepter handle diagonally so that it fits on your bed.

FOR BAMBULAB USERS:

The project file is included, and the color changes are already set. However, the color changes are not painted, they are defined by layer height. So you need to slice the plate first to be able to see the color changes.

COLOR CHANGES FOR CONVENTIONAL PRINTERS (Without AMS):

Multicolor parts can be printed without problems on any type of printer. All you need to do is make some color changes by layer height. If you are not familiar with color change at height, or by layer, send me a private message and I will be happy to guide you.

In any case, if you need help, you can also check out my community Facebook page. Many other users will be happy to help you and guide you to solve your problems:

On that note, I won't take up any more of your time friends and I'll let you go have fun! I hope you like this one as much as you liked the others!

Happy Holidays to everyone!

Pascal

I look for many more varieties of nutcrackers to come.

Chris Shoemaker

Can someone explain to me why when i enlarge the nut cracker to 150% and it has more then one color like the torso the colors are off. I printed the torso and its 50/50. EDIT: I also joined FB group and posted pictures

martygirl35

Has this been tested at different sizes? I want to print 150%.

Sharam S

I scaled to 200% and it came out little over 2ft tall. Wish I could share a picture on here. We love it! Great design. Super easy to print.

PA1 MAKER

Hello Maxime! Thanks for the kind words, i really appreciate! :) Which Christmas market? The one in Bellefeuille or the one in Saint-Colomban? Send me a private message, will discuss more about it! ;) On peut se parler en français aussi bien sûr, ne te gênes pas! ;)

Kriegst_N_Keks

Did you change the height of the colorchange? If you enlarge it you will have to change the height. The Creator put the correct height for 100%. If you Print any other size you will have to Change that Setting

Le casse noisette impossible de trouver comment merci pour votre retour les amis

Michele

Did it print out 50/50? I am about to print it at 175 and it shows the same thing you mentioned.
