Hello friends!

Today, a little print for home decor! A beautiful set of bowls that form a beautiful lotus flower when stacked. No assembly, no glue, no instructions! Print them and stack them, that's it!

While I am currently focusing on an Easter fairy house design, Pamela created this pretty set that I am sure everyone will like. Personally, I love the final product and the look is really great in my opinion!

Honestly, i hope you will love them as much as we do! 😍

That being said, there is not much to say about the project honestly.

-The project prints without supports

-All the pieces are placed in the right orientation for printing

-The project can be scaled to any size. The size of your printer defines the limits!

-A BambuLab project is included.

Since gradients set the tone for the project, I highly recommend defining your gradient before you start printing.

For those who would like the same look as our lotuses, here is the list of filaments:

FOR GREEN LOTUS:

-Polymaker - Polyterra Mint

-Polymaker - Polyterra Lime Green

-Polymaker - Polyterra Forest Green

-Sakata - Green

-ESun - Green

I know it seems weird that the two darker ones are just called "Green", but that's really the name on the spool label.

FOR PINK LOTUS:

-Spectrum - Lavender violet

-Polymaker - Polyterra Sakura Pink

-Polymaker - Polyterra Candy

-Polymaker - Polyterra Army Beige

-Polymaker - Polyterra Peanut

If you have any questions, please let me know!

Have fun friends! Keep printing!!!

Very nice ! Do they stay like this (your photo) or do we need to arrange them to create the lotus shape ? (Like turn them perpendicular from the previous one) Damn, Pamela has some very good skills in 3D design 😄

Bobette

What kind of filament did you use to make them food friendly

Darknynja

Beautiful models and beautiful colors choices.

I cannot either.

Hi I can't find it anywhere in the Dropbox?

PA1 MAKER

Hi Nicolas For the moment, you have to arrange them and align them by hand. The original idea had a square dimple/recess in each bowls to align them, but it wasnt easy to clean depending on what you put in it. So Pam choose to remove it. But maybe we can make a second version, a self aligning one, if people wantthis option.

PA1 MAKER

We are not putting food directly in it so the type of filament wasnt a concern.

Paul G

It's there now :)

I just checked, and a problem occured with the upload. The upload wasnt completed for an obscur reason... lol... Now its in the Dropbox. Sorry for that!

If it's for food but anyway no liquids ... A single hole and a " dowel " could help to align when storing It's even easy to do it ourselves in the slicer with negatives volumes

Love these! Can't wait to print them

The large, extra large, and 2x do not print well without support.

Gregory A Henry

I've tried to print the largest one twice with brand new Bambu PLA on my A1 and I keep getting very rough overhangs starting right after the last base layer.

hi PA1, I'm still in the Free membership tier, and I can't find links or instructions on how to download models that are available to free membership tier subscribers. Are the models only available to Paid subscribers?

Skye

My printers are struggling as well, I may try with supports instead.

Stephanie Campbell

you only get notifications of models available when you just follow a member. You get the files when you are in a paid tier. Occasionally a designer will release something free for everyone though.

As someone that works with epoxy/resin for my business, there is truly no food safe one in the whole wide world!
