Hello friends!

Someone pointed out that the Caravan Birdhouse v2 wasn't listed on my Patreon! Sorry for this mistake, I have no idea how I could have forgotten to upload it!!!

So I decided to fix that, and while I was at it, I made a few updates.

First, since it's one of my older models, there weren't any drainage holes on the bottom of the birdhouse. So I added them to the front and back.

There was also a lack of ventilation. And I have to say I was a bit stuck there, because with the slope of the roof, it was impossible to add any without water getting inside.

So I reworked the side windows instead. The long windows on each side now have elongated openings, while the door windows (both of them) have more conventional openings that give the illusion of regular window panes.

Finally, since the project was created before the arrival of Bambu Lab printers, there was no Bambu Lab project included. So I created one for you, my dear friends.

Therefore, the three major problems are now solved.

To summarize the project, it looks like this:

All parts print without supports.

All parts are positioned correctly for printing.

As this is an older project, the filenames are similar, but the quantities are not included. However, the parts are placed in pairs. So the "tire" file contains two tires, the "fender" file contains two fenders, and so on.

No color changes are required.

Two versions are available: Installation with supports, or installation using suspension wires.

Unfortunately, this model is too big for the mini printers. At the time, mini-format printers were not really popular and they were not part of my design standards. I apologize for that.

Required Hardware:

-M4x16mm (7x) for the trailer boom and the support (but if I'm not mistaken, the traditional M4x10mm that I currently use everywhere should be fine for the mounting bracket)

-M4x8mm (8x) for the cleaning door

IMPORTANT: In the Bambu Lab file, both types of body are present, but you must choose only one depending on the type of installation you want.

Regarding the instructions, they are much more basic than my current instructions, but they are still very clear and I haven't changed them.

Keep in mind, however, that the parts may differ slightly in appearance, as the windows and the caravan body have been updated.

Otherwise, I think everything should be fine. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

So this is it!

Have fun, my friends! Keep printing!!!

We do not. They are bought from a hardware store or an online retailer. -C
