Hello my friends!

I hope you're all doing wonderfully! 😁

Let's keep the Halloween fun going!

Here's another super easy printable Halloween countdown calendar with a cute little chibi-style skeleton that's sure to please many!

I wanted to do something different from usual and I thought that combining a small, cute diorama with a countdown calendar could be interesting!

So here's what my brain came up with! And i really love it! It is simple, super cute and useful, while being very easy to print.

Also, because it is not a huge print, the project prints quickly!

No pieces require supports and assembly is super simple. Everything is in place to make it simple and fun at the same time.

However, here are some important details:

As usual, a Bambu Lab project is included, with my personal settings already configured.

I've also included the French language signs in the project, as I usually do for this type of project. NOTE: Both versions are on the same build plate in the Bambu Lab project; simply remove the version you don't need.

Some pieces will require color changes, others fuzzy skin, and one includes both! But overall, it's a very easy project.

The color changes are all by layers. So you can create these with any type of 3D printer. You don't need a multi-color printer; all 3D printers can easily perform this type of color change. If you're not familiar with this procedure, feel free to ask for help on my community's Facebook page.

For the fuzzy skin, go ahead and use your preferred settings. Unlike some other projects, I didn't build the project and its tolerances around a specific fuzzy skin, so everything should work fine.

Regarding the Bambu Lab project, as mentioned, all my settings are already configured, but remember, my color changes are by layers, not painted. Therefore, you must slice the plate first to see the color changes applied in the preview window.

For the countdown, it's a 31-day countdown. So the quantities for each digit is for 31 days.

If you want a longer countdown, you'll need to increase the quantity of some digits depending on how many days you want to count.

A storage box is included, but you will need more than one if you go for a longer countdown.

All the instructions are included, and as always, I recommend following them carefully. Doing dry-fit checks (without glue) to see how the pieces fit together, and reading the instructions for each step completely before you start gluing is more than recommended.

So this is it my dear and fantastic friends!

I think i have covered every aspect of the project, and won't take up any more of your precious time!

If you have any question or issue with the project, feel free to send me a private message or ask on the Facebook community page!

Have fun friends, and I'll be back soon with another exciting project!

Take care! ❤️

If you have time could you make a cute pumpkin version of this?

How do you do the color change?

Sweet Peony Prints

What print profile do you recommend? My bambu studio has been a real... joy lately and keeps changing the print profile, so I want to make sure it matches what you intended. Currently, it's at 0.12mm Fine @BBL X1C... no idea if that's what you have preset or what!

Chris West

Any preset you choose should be fine. There are so many because everyone has their own preferences. Some choose to ignore and presets in this 3mf file and use their own. -Chris

Any suggestions on improving the top surface on the dirt? I'm using the Bambu 3mf, but the lines were really streaky because of all of the "holes." I've been playing with ironing settings for a couple of days, but can't seem to get it to look nice. Is there a way to remove the holes (not the squares for the bench and sign). They seem to be what is causing all of the streaking.

Chris West

It would be best to post this in the Facebook group because there you can add photos to help us get a better understanding as to what is going on. -Chris

OK, but is there any way to remove the holes?

Frédéric Lallement

Martygirl35 .. the "no holes" version is on the "Mega Share" :)

LifeBytes

I like how it prints,. i used to very similar light brown colors for the bench and it looks nice

Do you plan do make a Christmas style with Santa?

Mike Anselmo

It would be great to create a Christmas version of this with a snowman instead of skeleton. What do you think?
