Articulated Friendly Bot! (Patreon)

Hello folks! I hope everyone is doing well!

Here's the new addition to the articulated familly! A cute articulated and posable friendly bot! And its only here you will find it! 

Can be printed in a single color scheme, or painted in the Bambu Studio to highlight the details!

I have put a lot of details into it, to give you the opportunity to play a lot with the model in Bambu Studio. In the zip file you will find: 

-A 3mf file is included for Bambu Owners

-An Stl file, with all the parts on the plate already placed. (for conventionnal printers or for bambu owners who wants to start their painting from scratch)

-A folder with all the individual stl files. 

There's is no instructions with the files, considering everything is pretty easy to figure out. But just in case you need some help, the files are placed on the plate in the same manner they should be assembled (on the 3mf file and on the full plate stl file). 

NOTES: The body is a "print-in-place" model, while the arms and the head are a "snap-fit" assembly. The snap-fit parts have tighter tolerances to ensure the arms will stay in the position you placed them. So don't be shy, a little force may be required to snap them together. 

Also, yes the model can stand on his feet. BUT! This may demand a bit of patience. Because its a print-in-place model, it is not the optimal design to have something really stable. A bump on the table will make him fall most of the time, and i'm already working on a fully posable robot, with only snap fit articulations.
