Hello ! 👋

Today I wanted to share two pages of my secret sketchbook and some pictures I took at the Alphonse Mucha exhibition in Paris, at Le Musée du Luxembourg !

I went there with my friend Maëlle. She had free passes so she invited me, she's very fond of Mucha's work and I have to admit, even though I know some of his famous illustrations, I have never took the time to learn about his life, work and how he changed the art game with his particularly stunning style and lithography work !

Unfortunately the passes were valid only this particular day and it was crowded (like, really crowded) because :
1) it was raining
2) it was a Sunday
3) it was November 11th, a public holiday 🤙

It was still very interesting to see his original paintings and sketches - and as usual I took some pictures and sketched at home.

And some pictures I took of his works ✨ Look at the details !! 👀

That's it for today !
Tomorrow I am going back to my hometown for 10 days, I'll bring my cat Newt with me and everything I need to work while I'm there - I hope I'll be able to draw for myself too !

Have a lovely weekend 🌈
Hugs,

Sibylline

Lovely! If you don’t mind me asking, what is the blue pen you are using?
