Update ✨ Monthly Print, Artbook & Shop ! (Patreon)

Hi everyone ! 👋

Happy first day of February !! ✨

Today I wanted to write a little post to update you about the monthly print, my shop, my upcoming artbook and what I have been enjoying this month.
January has been so busy, I hope I can post more on Patreon in February !

⚪ I worked on a 7 pages comic, it's a short story for a body positivity comic book that will be out in March ! I basically had 10 days to draw, ink and color the pages, it was tiring !
Pour les français-es, c'est chez Delcourt et normalement l'ouvrage sortira aux alentours du 8 mars pour la journée de la femme.

⚪ I wrote a story with my sister for a comic book - we had a meeting last week with a publisher during Angoulême festival (2nd biggest comic convention in Europe !).
We spent so much time writing the story and creating the characters, it was fun but so challenging ! The publisher liked the project, I hope to bring you more good news about this comic book very soon !

⚪ I worked on 4 pieces for the Spellbinders exhibition, there is one I need to start over and another one that isn't finished yet, so basically I still have 8 illustrations to finish this month !

⚪ I packed 200+ calendars with my sister, and I am SO happy to see your pictures on Instagram !! Thank you again very much for your support 💛

You picked Cinderella for your next print ! I am going to send the files today - it took some time because I had to create a special file for the gold foil. Hopefully I'll receive them next week !

I am finally going to work on my artbook this month !! I want it to be ready for the exhibition in California in March (finger crossed !). I really want to make something special for you ! I'll open preorders on my shop around March 1st.

I am having a big sale today on my shop, everything is 5€ or less ! I want to make room for new products, and I won't restock/reprint these items. My shop will open today at 8PM CET and will close tomorrow at 8PM CET.

WHAT I ENJOYED THIS MONTH

💛 Angoulême Comic Festival
I got to meet my favorite comic artists and friends from Instagram ! There was an incredible Matsumoto exhibition - so inspiring !

I also bought a bunch of comic books and manga, I will finally be able to sit and read them this weekend, I'll let you know what I enjoyed most !

💛 Dragons 3
I got to see Dragons 3 one week before its release and I LOVED IT !!
I went to a "Dragons" exhibition as well in Paris, I met Dean DeBlois and saw so many beautiful pieces, studies, originals, character designs and more, it was overwhelming ✨
Si vous vivez à Paris, je vous la recommande chaudement ! C'est du 31 janvier au 24 février au musée Art Ludique (2a Rue Montalembert, 75007 PARIS)

💛 This print by Anneliesdraws ! <3

💛 Painting with gouache ! Can't wait to make more little paintings in February ✨

💛 Dix Pour Cent (a French show called "Call My Agent !" in English, I heard it's on Netflix US, give it a try, it's a very clever and fun tv show)
Je suis tellement fan de cette série ! Hâte de voir la suite (mais trop triste que la prochaine saison soit la dernière 😭)

💛 The Frenetics - "I Feel a Man" 🎵 I can't stop listening to this song, it's not a real band but it's sooo good !

That's it for today !

I'll be back soon with more works in progress, new illustrations and some pictures of your monthly prints !

Have a lovely weekend 🌈

Hugs,

Sibylline
