My plans for this week 🎨 + a little Frida Khalo painting 🍓 (Patreon)

Hi Patrons ! 👋✨

Today I want to update you about what I have been up to, and what I have planned for this week. But first of all – how are you ? How’s the quarantine life in your city/country ?
I am trying to not think about what’s happening too much, even though it’s hard not to care about the pandemic. 😪

Ok, here’s what I have planned :

⚪ Painting on canvas (finally) using acrylic paint. I used to paint on canvas a lot a few years ago (6, 7 years ago maybe ?). I can’t wait to try again and see how it goes ! I hope my paints are still in good shape though 🤔

⚪ Editing a process video I recorded this weekend ! It’s a speed painting in my sketchbook. I will try not to cut too much footage out of it so you guys can see how I work with gouache in my sketchbook 👍

⚪ Paint another Golden Sun reward, it will probably be another study of a painting I like because I am having way too much fun doing these !

⚪ I’ll show you what was supposed to be in the shop on Monday – it’s mostly prints + my new thank you cards and business cards ✨

⚪ I finally started watching Ghibli movies (yes I am this late). I started with Totoro, and I will definitely draw something from the movie. It was so cute and kind of creepy, the perfect combo. And the music has been stuck in my head for day ! Next up is Kiki’s Delivery Service !

⚪ If I can, I’ll do a redraw of an old illustration + some sketchbooking.

I don’t know if I’ll be able to do all of these, but I have so much free time these days ! I’ll let you know how it goes 🌞

How about you ? Do you have any plans ?

I never posted it here, but I did this little painting a few weeks ago. Never took pictures of it either so here's a scan ! I thought it would be a nice reward for my Golden Sun patrons, but I left it in London :(

🍊 Important ! 🍊
I sometimes receive messages about lost Patreon rewards, so :
If you are still waiting for your monthly reward, if you think it might have gotten lost in the mail, please let me know via Patreon messages and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. I won't be able to send you another print now as French postal service is very slow/closed at the moment. But I'll definitely send you another print when things get better ! Thank you so much for your patience ! 💕

I hope you’re all doing okay ! Stay safe and take care of your loved ones 💕✨

Hugs,

Sibylline
