Hide & Seek 🍊 New illustration 🍊 Preview + Process (Patreon)

Hello Patrons !

I finished a new painting today !
I haven't been super inspired lately so I flipped through my old sketchbooks to see if I could work from an idea I sketched in 2021/2022.

I liked the composition of this little doodle :

So I opened Procreate and sketched a bit, and here's a cleaner sketch I came up with :

The pose is based on a picture I took of myself last year 🙇‍♀️

For the colors - I wanted green, orange and pink.
I started with the background (painting the leaves was so much fun 🌿)

Second layer :

Oranges 🍊

Some depth and highlights :

Finished illustration :

I thought "Hide & Seek" would be a nice title for this illustration because I feel like she's waiting for someone to find her - or maybe not ? 🙇‍♀️

I will probably edit it a bit in Procreate later, maybe add more depth to the shadows on the character, we'll see ! The background looks a bit busy so maybe I'll change that too.

I hope you'll like it 😊 I'll do a poll for March rewards very soon because I want to order the prints & sticker next week 〰️

That's it for today !

Thanks again for your support on Patreon !! 😭💗✨

Hugs,

Sibylline
