Introductions- October 1995 (Patreon)

It's been just over twenty-six years since I first (virtually) met Shannon Larratt; thanks to the psychic mind-field that was rec.arts.bodyart, we would strike up a friendship (at the time, BME didn't have much dynamic content, and was something you'd check maybe once every few months) that would lead to the death of print body modification documentation, and the rise of BME, BME/Extreme, spcOnline, Modcon, and all of the things that came after. 

It's a mixed blessing, in retrospect. 

At the time, I'd only recently turned 21, and email seemed such a foreign concept to someone who'd already spent years documenting and preserving, so I was still printing out the ones that I thought might be relevant down the line. I think this one qualifies?
