Australia's Merv Chapman had a dense, full coverage body suit that, legend goes, almost stopped him from having heart surgery. 

According to Jack Yount, Merv told the surgeons that if they couldn't line up his chest tattoos properly when they were suturing him close, they couldn't operate. 

Thankfully, it all worked out. 

I was asked to dig up photos of Merv for a new print project (specifically for the work on his legs) and while this doesn't properly show the amazing work Raven did on him, it's always good to see Merv.
