Hi All, I've taken the last couple of days to apply some of the lessons I've learned overhauling the Seattle Circuit, to Anglesey. Seattle will be out soon, it's just a lot more complex with all of the buildings etc. Here we now have all 4 versions, all running AI. Updated graphics, better performance. The track mesh has been modified slightly to be more true to life, the second pit-lane has been added, to allow the other layouts that use it to work. Max AI on the tracks has also been increased. Improvements to Grass and RainFXAs this track has already been released on Race Department I will also be uploading it there, probably towards the end of the month. But for now please keep it exclusive to the Patreon feed. No Google Drive link this time, as the file is actually small enough to fit as a Patreon Post attatchment! (makes a change!)Quick question, do the Patreon uploads work fine for you, or would you prefer the Google Drive links I usually do for the bigger tracks?I hope these small additions, fixes and improvements will be something to keep you busy whilst i'm working on the larger projects. Enjoy, Tyrone.

Hi Tyrone. Cheers, great stuff. My prayers have been answered for all 4 layouts. There are 1 or 2 issues though. 1st one is the Coastal layout. There are a few cones in the road that shouldn't be there(2nd to last right hand corner) and cpu occupancy goes right up even with around 15 ai. The external replay on all layouts is below the track. Apart from those issues, all seems well and great fun to choose any of the 4 layouts. Regards...Dave...

Hi Dave, odd one with the CPU occupancy, it's a simple track so not sure what's going in. Do you get the same issues with any of my other tracks e.g Thunderhill? I'll double check the cones too!

Dave Pierce

Yeah. Does seem strange. I am in VR with a good setup and has been fine before. I'll try a quick race. It happened while I was in the pits with the other cars for practise so will try the other way too...Regards...Dave...

Just a heads up, I had to reinstall Anglesey for this to show up in CM. It then wouldn't let me use the track as the .json was being used by original anglesey. Had to package all of the layouts into one folder, move that folder to my main tracks folder and now it works.

This is good news. Always loved your Anglesey track and it's good to see it get a bit of a spruce up.

I'm also getting the cones in the road on the Coastal layout, and I think the CPU occupancy might have something to do with a shader on the start/finish tower, in VR there are some weird reflections going on with the windows. Also when doing a track day all of the pits end up putting some of the cars on top of each other, and with the player car in pit stall #1 it actually causes collisions to the point where AI cars have a hard time pulling out of their pitstall. This is all of course very nit-picky, as the track is fantastic! But hopefully this helps with some potential bug fixes. Thanks again for putting out amazing content!

Matt Meaden

the pitlane is broken, won't let you do pitstops.

Just to add to this. It seems the occupancy goes up when in the pits with the other cars...The cars aren't ghosts neither and are all crammed up together too...Regards...Dave...

Hi Dave, thanks for this, I'll look into why the cars aren't ghosting, I guess it's all of the cars colliding with each other that is causing the CPU issue

Tyrone - Racetracks & Models

Hi Matt, this is something I'll look into, seems there's an issue with the cars colliding with each other as well so it's almost certainly related

Dave Pierce

Cheers Tyrone. Hopefully it can be sorted ok...Regards...Dave...
