Post your questions for me to answer at the end of the episodes!!----- NO SPOILERS PAST S3E2 PLEASE!!! -----

FAQ for anyone new:

WHAT IS QUESTION TIME?: Here you can ask me ANY questions related to the episode or show as a whole, literally whatever you want, I mean it lol. Because I only read them after finishing the episode, feel free to include any spoilers relating to the episode, just no spoilers after that point!HOW DOES IT WORK?: I have included a template below for you to follow, that way I can avoid spoilers for future episodes included in the post. I used to do these as seperate posts, however it became quite a lot for peoples inboxes each week and this also allows for me to get a little ahead recording wise.

HOW LONG DO YOU HAVE?: As I do not follow a strict schedule when it comes to recordings, its best to get them in asap to ensure I will get to them. That said, feel free to post whenever! If it gets to the episode and I missed your question, don't hesitate to throw it down on the next one of these, as I am more than happy to backtrack if you wanted to know something in particular!!

season two, episode fifteen: haha so um that happened? ⭐️ considering we did the “merge” this episode with dark josie, and essentially none of them won, but she should’ve… if it was regular josie, who do you think would actually win the merge? ⭐️ haha so um raf killed his brother… oh the necromancer you’re one of my fav “villains” but god i wanna kill you sometimes.

Season 2, episode 15 1. Lizzie has been growing into a more thoughtful and compassionate person and less impulsive, especially in how she treats Josie. Do you think that kind of growth actually makes her magically weaker when it comes to the Merge? 2. How do you think Josie will cope with the weight of her actions if she returns to her normal self? Will it feel more like a vampire turning their humanity switch back on (drastic change of personality), or will some of the darkness stay with her?

Season 2, episode 16 (FINALE) 1. In Alaric and Raf’s scene, Raf is both a threat under the Necromancer’s control and the one seemingly responsible for Landon’s death, but Alaric doesn’t see him as a threat; in fact, he reassures him that he doesn’t have to die and that Landon’s death wasn’t his fault. Do you think this shows Alaric has grown more empathetic after seeing what his drastic choices (like sending students to the prison world) did to others? Or do you think his restraint has less to do with growth and more to do with the fact that one of the villains everyone is facing now is his own daughter, and he could be portrayed as a hypocrite? 2. Do you think that Josie putting her magic away will give her time to heal or leave her more vulnerable than ever? Could putting aside the possible consequences of dark magic instead of facing them head-on be harmful for Josie in the long run, both because she’ll eventually have to deal with it and because she might grow used to life as a “normal human” and avoid magic out of fear rather than choice?

season three, episode one: the hypocrisy of julie plec to have hope canonically say “a non-consensual kiss is never the answer” for waking josie last episode to then end the next episode with a non-consensual kiss between hope and landon to wake her up... ⭐️ “you’re just making everything worse like you used to” OUCH. but also, do you think lizzie had the right idea in defending josie the way she did? obviously she went back to “raging bitch lizzie”, specifically to alyssa, but do you think she should’ve just left it alone, or do you think she was actually trying to do the right thing by helping? it also gets to a point because i wonder if alyssa was doing it because josie killed her, or if she was also doing it for the fun of it, because she knows regular josie wouldn’t fight back. because if you think about it, it kinda felt like alaric seemed fine just letting the bullying happen so lizzie felt like she had no other choice but to go on the offensive for her sister. i’m not saying lizzie was any better with her comment during the battle, by the way [that seemed uncalled for, but then again in lizzie’s mind it was to defend her sister].

season three, episode two: rafael got dealt a shitty hand, but i’m so happy that hope found a solution for the meantime until everyone figures out a way to get him back properly. ⭐️ do you have hope that they’ll get him back someday, or do you think he’s doomed to living the same day over and over again with his parents? which i think is lovely that they included them, because at least he can get to know them and they can make the days different !! that’s literally the only good thing about this episode… ⭐️ i think in the breakup scene between hope and landon, they were both right. hope has experienced so much loss that she was closed off from everyone until him, but landon also knows grief through the foster system. he had every right to be upset that hope never assured him, but he also should’ve known, at least a little bit, that it would’ve been false promises and that would’ve let more grief enter the situation.

Season 3 episode 1 1. How do you think Alaric would have reacted to or handled the Dark Josie situation if it wasn't one of his daughters (especially if it happened to Hope, one of the most, if not the most, powerful beings at the school)? Do you think he would have the same grace and forgiveness in the aftermath as with his daughter? Fun fact (and correct me if I'm wrong): I believe in one of the conventions Hope's actress said that the writers wrote Hope being asleep because she was sick and couldn't film.

Season 3, episode 2 1. Can we talk about the maturity of Raf's parents? They haven't seen each other in years, let alone been a couple, and yet they are willing to live in a prison world with only them and their son for however long it takes, a son that they didn't even know until recently, btw. You can attribute that to the love of a parent, but I know for a fact not everybody would have done the same in their situation. What a beautiful scene, the two of them in the car waiting for Raf. 2. Now that Landon is human, how do you think this will shape him as a person going forward? How might his relationships with Hope, his friends, or even himself change? And any theories in regard to his storyline?
