No humanity Hope is giving such Dark Josie vibes. Like I hate it FOR her, but my god do I love seeing her this way 😂 so many moments have felt Klaus coded too!

Ethan can go intangible invisible and teleport they all kinda blend and make him a lot harder to predict evasion wise

Why do you assume that Hopes humanity switched off by itself? I read that moment more as: I have to let go of my humanity so I can get through with killing Landon. I think she switched it the moment before she did it, not that it just went out afterwards by it's own. Or if that happened afterwards, then maybe because she couldn't handle how much it hurt. I know that the show never really give confirmation to either theory, but that way you can't just excuse everything she does in this state.

She herself explains it as such.. if you remember the conversation with Alaric right before she beat him up, she clearly says “my humanity flipped the second that sword went through Landon”. Even if she didn’t explain it herself, i think it would be pretty poetic, she fought herself to put an end to everything that was going on by killing Landon but her subconscious also knew that the second that happened she wouldn’t be able to live with it and it flipped on its own. We have seen characters do that to their own selves but Hope’s trauma was already big enough to cause this.

Oh, thx. I must have missed that somehow.

no worries! i had to look up the conversation myself to remember how exactly it was said.

Just adding to what the other person said. In last episode Rebekah is talking to Hope and she says something like ‘which wasn’t even your choice’. She did obviously switch it off but it was an unconscious coping mechanism. She couldn’t deal with more loss

Will there be a question time for episode 7 and beyond?
