season four, episode twelve: ⤡ this is basically the dynamic between hope and lizzie this ep: no humanity hope to lizzie: i don't need ur opinion for my plan. no i won't listen to you. i'd be better off alone!!!! lizzie: *snaps her neck and runs away* no humanity hope: *has a mini breakdown* ⤡ what do you think of the dynamic between lizzie and aurora this episode, and how do you think it'll evolve, especially knowing what they both plan to do with the gods?; lizzie get hope (& her dad and josie) back, and aurora get her brother back. ⤡ if i'm correct, lizzie is the first vamp to break their sire-bond with their sire through sheer will. do you think it's because she canonically already deals with a "fractured" mind, that breaking the bond seemed pretty easy for her to do, especially when last ep she asked hope if they could keep it? ⤡ lizzie seeing hope torturing aurora and putting up with the darkest parts of no humanity hope yet still having no problem saying she still loved her... okay now kiss each other.

season four, episode eleven: ⤷ the moments between hope and lizzie this episode are so cute, and i love whenever we get to see them as friends. ⤷ what do you think their dynamic is going to be like after this episode? what would you like to see? ⤷ yes hope may have no humanity, but in this episode i could definitely see the "old" hope shine through in countless scenes. you cannot deny that hope seemed genuinely affected by that little girl until she realised "no! i can't feel things grrr!". do you think with this scene (plus others with lizzie; hope saving her comes to mind), hope can be reached still? like she's wavering? ⤷ this is a little fun fact; at a convention last year, a fan asked danielle (hope) and jenny (lizzie) “if hope compelled lizzie to turn her humanity off, what do you think the dynamic between no humanity hope and no humanity lizzie would be like?”, and they both said the dynamic between them would be “hot! so hot… orgy level hot. and destruction; a destruction orgy.” ⤷ would you like to see a plot of no humanity lizzie? and if yes, how do you think she'd be; controlled like caroline and hope, or a ripper like stefan?

Season 4 episode 11 -funfact the ship name for Ben and Jed is just benjed picked by Ben’s actor on instagram live. He said Bed is a no go because he would never be able to find fanfic and fanart with that ship name lol. -loved the return of Auroras aneurysm resistance good callback to all the torture methods her brother used to “cure” her mental illness. What consequences do you think will come from the damage Aurora did to Cleo’s mind? -thoughts on Jed and Finch’s dynamic? Her being his second in command and their growing friendship is honestly one of my favorite relationships this season. -thoughts on Ethan’s and MG’s moment at the end. The quote “where ever there is love there is grace.” Is one that has stuck with me. Another callback to MG and Kaleb’s talk that if your family doesn’t accept you I’m your family was also very cute. -Jed’s coming out scene finally! I remember being so hyped when this episode came out. Thoughts on them persuing this relationship?

season four, episode fourteen: ⤷ fun fact to start you off [jk it's depressing]; hope and hayley never got to be wolves together :)) even if hayley survived greta's attack, she lost her wolf :)) the fact that she's not mourned or mentioned as much in legacies is still crazy to me. ⤷ hope’s breakdown & little monologue she says to her other self never fails to break my heart. she’s still holding so much survivor’s guilt towards losing her parents & landon. ⤷ “and you’ll never be able to save the people that you love because you’re just not strong enough.” hope to her core believes that she’s a murderer and that anyone she loves she will lose… because it’s true. someone said on one of my edits that everyone she loves turns to ash; hayley, then klaus & elijah, then landon. all because of her. lizzie was the only person she killed (however she views her losses) that actually came back. ⤷ when she basically begged the super squad to “take her out”, do you think her humanity was so close to the surface? because if she was actually going to kill them all, she would’ve done it.

EPISODE 12 Why do you think Kaleb is Alaric's emergency contact instead of any other character, especially his daughters? Which character would you put as your emergency contact? I saw a YouTube comment that said that Lizzie and Aurora's dynamic reminded them of Elena and Rebekah teaming up in TVD when Elena had her switch turned off, which I kind of see. But apart from this frenemy dynamic we have going on, I think it's so nice to see Aurora in a different light than in TO. Any thoughts on diving into Aurora's mental health in this episode? Especially in comparison with TO, where she was treated like she was just crazy (when a lot of the main characters maybe did worse things than her). Fun fact (or disgusting fact ahahah): About Aurora's attachment to Tristan, apart from being her brother and how he basically had control over her for the majority of her life, both actors believe that the characters had an incestuous vibe between them, which would explain even further her attachment to him. They even improvised a kiss on one of their final scenes but didn't make the final cut to not complicate their story. Also, Elvis wtf are you doing here??

4x13 What are your thoughts on Jed’s backstory. He comes from by far the worst pack we’ve seen. A bunch of no good assholes that lack the nobility of a pack like the lebonairs. Honestly the werewolf equivalent of trailer trash. The fact that they were making their kids do the werewolf equivalent of dog fighting to trigger their curses is sickening. I’m glad Jed’s father was killed but so sad for Jed as well. Killing his father the alpha probably put a massive target on his back from the rest of his pack too. By killing his father he’d take the status and all the other wolves would have to do is kill a kid. Glad he got out safe. (I headcannon that treys family called Alaric and the school to come get Jed so he wouldn’t have to face the pack) This episode cemented Jed as my third favorite character behind Hope and Lizzie.

EPISODE 13 With this episode's final scene with Hope and how she has been acting, do you think that at this point her humanity is actually off? You have talked about how her case is one where the switch flickers constantly, as we haven't seen anything like this with any other vampire. Do you think both Hopes represent the "on" vs "off" of the switch or more the "defense mechanism" vs "acceptance"? Because I do believe her switch turned off involuntarily when she killed Landon, it wasn't a conscious choice (I could be wrong), it's like when something traumatic happens and your brain immediately blocks it off; everything that reminds you of that moment you want to keep blocking it away, like how she put Landon's picture down. Hope is the only vampire who has seen her darkest self, supposedly "emotionless" and has been afraid to lose the battle to her emotions. Without the supernatural elements (like killing people haha), I think Hope's journey resembles the most how the brain works in real life.
