Google Drive Tip: It takes time for Google Drive to process videos. If it says "still processing" or is only allowing you to view at 360p, then you can always come back later or download the video in full

Dropbox Tip: The quality of the video is lower while streaming so I recommend downloading or using google drive if thats an issue

I worked in medical device and pharmaceutical development/manufacturing for years, if a customer or medical professional has an issue with a product it can be reported to the manufacturer. The manufacturer then does an investigation and if an issue is found they report it to a centralized database called the MAUDE database. Anyone can access this database to see if a product has had any previous problems found. If a manufacturer finds major issues after a complaint that can have a large scale problem (harm to patients, etc) they will do a recall. For a one off issue like Santos found I doubt anyone would report it but if it happened again, especially for the same manufacturing lot, professionals would probably report it. But if Santos searches the database and finds the same problem was already reported she would also report this to the manufacturer and stop using that lot.

Tidal volume measures the air exchange within one single breath. Just checking your lung is inflating and deflating properly. It shows its measurement on the monitor with a wave.

I mean this with the most upmost admiration and respect, every week I am surprised you’re still watching this show knowing how squeamish you get lmao Good on ya!

This is current times so after Roe vs Wade was overturned. Even before that each state had different procedures about how they handle abortions. Many states like the one where The Pitt is set have people in state government who pass restrictions to limit abortion.

I have been on both sides of the abortion issue personally. When my stepdaughter was 17, her mom and I took her to get an abortion. It was the best choice for her and her boyfriend. She is now 30 and has 2 boys. On the other side, I was born in 1970 and given up for adoption at birth. Abortion was illegal at that time, so my biological mother could not have terminated the pregnancy legally. Fully recognizing that I wouldn't be here otherwise.... I would still say that she should have had the right to make her own decision. Politicians should NEVER have a say in what a female can or can not do in this situation. And you are right about the mom in the episode being horrible....she isn't even listening to her daughter at all.

Javadi is a genius and is only 20. Having been years younger than all her classmates, I feel like she has very little real world experience, with anything. So, social stuff and knowing how to read a room is something that she just hasn't learned.
