Great episode and it was done SO well, but fuck me, I will never be watching this one again 😂 watching someone run for their life while knowing its basically useless was too heartbreaking to see again honestly

IMPORTANT: Unfortunately the platform that I use to watch CM mixed the two episodes up, meaning E21 will be up next. I only realised in the outro which bloody sucks, but I don't think it spoiled or revealed anything I missed, so thank god for that!

Watching this episode, realizing that one of my favorite thing about this team is how kind they are.. Literally, to everyone. To people that already struggle enough, to victims, to narcissistic people in police departments or other people in power being egoistic, to people that probably don't really deserve it. I love that by rewatching, i find more and more reasons for why the show and the team are so comforting to me. Can't wait for the finale and excited for season 3!

A bit funny to see you say you'd never watch this one again considering it is one of the episodes I always go back to when hankering for a Criminal Minds rewatch -- yes, totally agree with you that it is particularly horrendous watching diva Maggie fight for her life in a rigged game and also the terrible feeling in hindsight that Detective McGee was right, these people were being targeted and killed and it took so long for anyone to do anything about it but I especially, especially love the opening quote, the scenes of JJ and Detective McGee where he first goes to her to plead the case and the one where he says that it's his job to *care* about people, and the scenes of Hotch clapping back at Captain Wright's BS, having to remind him that they *are* people ugh, script gets me every time

I don’t like rewatching this episode very much either, lol. And if I do, I fast forward through the kill factory scenes. Maggie’s experience makes me cringe and although I’m not very squeamish about much, the walking on glass torture makes my skin crawl.
