S3 Episode 3 OR Any for 2) and 3) 1) As a person who has phobias and fears of many things especially Heights and Deep Waters, i believe this episode's unsub and the way of killing is probably one of the more scary ways of dying atleast for me, i can't even comprehend the pure agony and thoughts you might have going through in your mind at that time when it is literally your biggest fear or phobia and you're just forcibly immersed in it. 2) On Episode 2 Section Chief Strauss said "None of you will ever move up the chain of command, you know that." If hypothetically any of the team members would get a promotion to leave the BAU or move to a different unit, who do you think would be the best suited for a bigger promotion or to work somewhere else? 3) Similar-ish to the question above, if you had to give each of the team members a new job outside of Law Enforcement, what would the jobs be for each of them?
