Korr is the first demon the party will encounter. He is a vagrant that claims to be exploring Heaven in order to further his research on various plants and poisons he could never have found in Hell, and the small apothecary of compounds on him at any given time would certainly seem to support this. He is often very calm and even despondent from others in favor of focusing on his work, disappearing at random times to collect or test various samples-- on himself, if need be. Nevertheless, he executes his work famously with the help of his brimstone-heated claws, a tool ideal for precision, safe handling, and cutting people who try to stop him.

Even so, other motives follow him from a past he'd rather abandon.

Question: So far, it seems like all the characters are rather unique when it comes to their abilities/fighting style (Unless I've overlooked something/mis-remembering specifics). Now, I haven't played much of the games Starlight is based off save for Fire Emblem, so my question stems from my knowledge of that but, in FE at least, the characters have usually have classes that restrict their item/weapon use in the games. More often than not, we get multiple characters of the same class in the game. Will this be the same in Starlight or will all the playable characters be unique in their own right? I'm also shamelessly assuming that each character you've shown us is playable, which I doubt. But, I hope you can see where my question is coming from.

it's a good question! the details have yet to be ironed out but basically what i'm looking at is this-- player characters do still have classes but they just change stats and abilities as opposed to their weapon or fighting style. weapons are part of the character rather than an item now. Cores replace FE's itemization of weapons but cores are restricted per element (and element triangle replaces weapon triangle). classes are restricted per attack style-- slash/strike/pierce-- and side of origin (heaven/hell). including promotions right now i'm looking at 24 classes, plus upgrades. this is very subject to change. most characters would have access to 4-8 of them. emmortal enemies will follow class archetypes like they do in FE.
