Another file I found recently. The below is a poem posted by shade of all people, on the online server at some point. It was compiled by the members and who knows why I even saved it. literally the most words he's ever said tbh. left with no explanation afterwards.
Now that I've caught your attention at last, I'll regail a tale, a story avast.
I speak not now on charge of a secretive wrath, but students not prudent walk a dangerous path.
This is a story, writ of four seasons, talking and squaking for ignorant reasons.
The players I list three fourths well-known, their names and their games are hereby so shown:
First, cheerful spring, so booming with life, but ignorant to all others' innermost strife.
Next, winter's death, emotion asleep, fading plants' sigh but unable to weep.
Then, autumn cold, a wind, slaying peace, nerves broken but steeled against allied release.
Last, summer free, but yet to be found, spirit and soul in a torrent abound.
The telling begins at a school long ago, the four were there too but themselves didnt know.
When together all placed were seen to be housed, lifelong relations were therein so roused,
Winter and spring against autumn and other, the latter of which a closeness there smothered.
But that not for yet, I speak of their trust, all of which now is turned but to dust.
In the first act Autumn plays such a brilliant friend, with loyalty proved to never know any end.
She connected with Summer, a perfect made pair- one proud and guarding, and one full of care.
Then she to Winter, a frail-laid soul, but to Autumn her troubles were eternally told.
Spring, yet, was distant, with desires so shallow- Autumn's fine graces were let into shadow.
Spring herself too, though a wild-ish girl, found the same friends in the same little world-
Summer and Winter, she gave them such joy, but was so often snatched up with another dumb boy.
Her friends, though enlivened, were abandoned; confused- at least until next time that they needed be used.
She meant well, that's true, but as Autumn could see, her intentions lacked depth, driven only by greed.
But Spring and Winter play background roles- It is Autumn's destruction through which this story unfolds.
Summer meant well, a spirit let free, but marred and stained and thus consumed by need.
Her appeal was great, and talent to match, but tormented by wounds no bandage could patch,
Save one, that in Fall, her devotion seemed cure- They grew closer and closer in a friendship so pure.
Until Summer's whims betrayed Autumn's nature- through the same such attraction and such nomenclature.
Autumn was greived, but couldnt refuse, manned up, stood tall and took the abuse,
For she wouldn't back down, and abandon a heart, that would from such be henceforth so ripped apart-
She hated the thought, but that thought she would perish, and from thence to Summer, would lie just to cherish.
Summer, indulged was left wanting more, unknowingly turning her Autumn to whore,
A spite thus was born, from trying to try, and living a life in a beautiful lie.
The pressure had welled- so Autumn would break, and the results' explosion, her friends would forsake.
Winter and Summer felt the flames bleting out, their trust misplaced where they so hadn't a doubt.
Unwilling to try again, already weak, Winter relinquished, became rather meek-
And in months times since, is yet unfulfilled- Damaged, she's lost her emotional will.
Summmer then let a facade run abound- Her inner soul broken, trust smashed in the ground.
She bought into lies, and with further reflection, those lies were her grave, though weaved for protection.
Spring, untouched was struck in aftermath, a victim to an infectious rather.
She hid her sorrow in the hearts of her others, their friends, fathers, fellows, kids, bandmates and brothers.
Autumn so envied, for through all of her smut, Spring never saw such a title as "slut",
As gad she, left in grace, for a mistake done in care- and was forever left to drown in despair.
