Me is the new First (Patreon)

above is Me First, hot off the press from our good old friend Smeargletail. This is another case where I'd say he knocked it out of the park. The gif is just from the animation editor..... because the actual animaiton wasn't playing in game at the time I made the gif >~< Same with Ion Deluge, despite mde having finished that one too....

frankly i'm not even sure if this move is supposed to have an animation... but...

I fixed both of those things, and a couple other stray bugs last night!!! but i forgot to remake the gif so lol whatevs y'all get the ppppoint

besides, i feel like i can never get me first to work reliably anyway..... so unstable move... i dont mean in terms of having bugs (though... maybe that too) but just the opponents never want to give me moves to steal!! >:[

i think you all know that i often lament how long the recent episodes have taken, but between animations and AI i have to remember that i can feel a bit better knowing that this is work that potentially all essentials games could benefit from... so that does make me feel a bit better. we've got about 80 animations left before everything through gen 6 is done though, but that's not so bad...
