one more and some sprite updates (Patreon)

another quest done; time to not post about it except to say that it was another crim-led quest so big shoutout to her for putting crazy amounts of time and work into it, taking the reigns and owning it once again <3

ever closer.

today instead of talking about the quest, let's take a moment to show some of the glow-ups we've done recently. i don't recall if i posted some of these already, so if i have, well, we all get to just deal with that ig.

pretty sure i've already posted cain's and adrienn's somewhere, so we'll skip that...

this one you may have seen in the form of big ferngus on our meme sidebar!

old:

new:

the battle sprite, old:

ever notice that his pants are on backwards? don't worry about it.

new:

another rival! old:

now with 50% less forehead:

the battle, old:

and new:

here's one more battle sprite. the original was made by will like 9 years ago and i hadn't touched it since. but now, we cleanin':

strong pose, but a lot of very dark line and rough shades. but, we can make it smoother?

i mentioned in the previous post with saphira's art that we tweaked her design a bit. here's the orignal:

so we lengthened her hair and cleaned up her outfit a little bit:

and the transition:

kinda dry. but she switched to a new hair product, and it's now her floof hair summer:

don't worry, she'll still kill you if you step.

one more today! here's this guy, frankly kinda hard to see him underneath all that Hat:

he only has one half of an eye! but what if we give him a new conditioner and tip the hat upwards?

also the hat got more expensive. those numbers are the price tag. i didn't know that before. the more you learn.

that's all for today folks. until next time~
