Bike and Beta Follow Ups (Patreon)

sorry, not wave 2 yet. 

but this'll probably be a short post, i just have a few notes--

thanks to everyone who voted in the poll from last post! at 79 to 35, the yeeters have it. but, as always i appreciate y'all chiming into the comments to offer ideas and suggestions. from that last post, we've also just made the bike and surfing music an Option (off by default), and also added some small sfx to mounting and surfing. shout out to foamy and violet thunder for the mentions~

i've just now put this up on the dev blog but it bears mentioning here too: we are suspending online play features for e18 within the next couple days. gotta update the online version and get it some testing time in before community. gonna be an awkward downtime for some people out there...

something that came up on the patreon server earlier:
we've had a few people who wanted to share the test versions with like, their spouse, a close friend who they were playing alongside in the first place, etc.
although i am asking everyone to keep the test build and information/spoilers relating to e19 private out of respect to the other players-- if there's someone like that in your private life who you would enjoy sharing your experience with, then just clear it with me first. i'll probably say yes if you ask, so please don't feel like you need to go behind my back or anything. also, you will be accepting responsibility for properly posting any bugs they find.

still, please do not share the build publicly or with groups of people, don't go having your friend share it with their friends, don't go bragging about it, don't let the community find out about it-- that all would just be rude and feel really awful for a lot of people.
like, be responsible and considerate here, okay? that's all.
