The Wolverine episode, was given me Alien vibes. My girl Lady Deathstrike spitting some cold truth about Logan. Poor Morph/Tomo had to learn the hard way.

Guy in the sky was the Watcher. He’s kinda like god’s eyes personified

The time travel doesn't matter anymore since nothing changed. The OG show had better time travel episodes with Bishop and Cable. The X Men and Magneto knew Charles could maybe be alive at the end of the OG show but he just never came back to earth at the end of the original show they saw his wife take his body to her planet. Its crazy how much of a deadbeat dad Magneto is lol he doesn't care about any of his kids and yes Wanda and Quicksilver are also his kids. Context for Wolverine episode, Sabertooth and Wolverine have similar healing factor and animal senses, they both are like 500 years old since their healing slows their aging. Weapon X kidnapped a bunch of random mutants to see if they could make the Adimantium metal stick, it only worked with Logan and soon after Logan escaped and blew up the lab so no one else really has it except for Lady Deathstrike's dad who is Silver Samurai which they did show last season. Lady Deathstrike's dad created the adimantium. She and Logan used to date years ago but Logan left her for a mission and never came back so she got jealous and turned herself into a human cyborg she's not a mutant.

Not y’all calling Danger Siri🤣🤣but I dig the connection. As a long running Polaris fan, I’m so happy this series gave her some big shine. The budding dynamic between her and Bishop is very good move by the creators.

He was also in s1e5 before the attack starts

He does care about his kids, just in a very toxic way at least in the comics. In the 90s show he didn’t even know Wanda and Pietro existed and when he found out he wanted a relationship with them.

Just an FYI, and we went over this in season one, so no hate, it's been a while, I get it, but; Morph are non-binary. Their pronouns are they/them. And yeah; The Brood are basically Marvel Comics' Xenomorphs, been around since the 1980s, AND are cool AF. L O V E D ep 5. Oh.....and Lorna/Polaris......? Yes. Just. Y E S.

How did they get Gambit’s body? Well in S2 Ep2, X-Force was interrogating “War” who was one of Apocalypse’s four horsemen and Psylocke went into his mind and find out that War had brought a casket to Apocalypse. I actually went back to S1 Ep7 at Gambit’s funeral and it is indeed the same casket.

The seven mainline X-Men movies do *technically* all share a continuity, with "Days of Future Past" actually being the fifth installment - They are decent enough movies, the difference in how the characters are presented alone might be worth the watch, although admittedly several characters that properly get their due with this show are a lot less badass in the movies xD

This season really did up the gore factor lol, I mean it wasn't a show for kids before but you can definitely tell its a product aimed at adults now. Which I do appreciate since all the fans of the OG are uncs and aunties now haha

Just a reminder to everyone. Xavier's grief after losing Magneto was enough to break the danger room. Yet it's been how many episodes since we heard about Lilandra or the Shi'ar? How many pictures does Xavier have with Lilandra? Mag and X both may have kids, but to say both are straight and merely 'besties' is like saying Sappho and her friend.

“Who’s the MOM?!” Charles. It’s Charles, of course. Lol. And yeah, Magneto’s relationship with his kids has always been … interesting. Lorna: *constant angst about being one of Magneto’s children and constantly being compared to him.* Wanda/Pietro: *confusion over Magnus coming into their lives as young adults and what it all means after that godawful retcon in 2014* Meanwhile, Magnus: ah, yes. My children - my dearly departed Anya who I miss but hardly ever speak on. Then there’s Wanda .. Green Wanda … and … … … the other one. All jokes aside, this is yet another prime example of how the X-Men as a franchise can be just as much a superhero story as it is a dang telenovela
