Autumn Radiance is taking shape.

As the season changes, I find myself drawn toward movement that gathers energy rather than spending it.

One of the first sequences is a 15-minute seated practice focused on hip articulation and core precision. Working close to the ground makes it easier to notice the relationship between the pelvis, hips, abdomen, and spine. The practice asks for attention to what is moving and what is stabilizing.

Alongside it, I’m developing supine energy cultivation and a toe-touching exercise that continue this exploration from the floor. I am also continuing more active work with weights, cardio, aerial silks, and cooldowns.

This season I will bring food into the picture, looking at nourishment as another part of how I experience and respond to autumn.

So the coming work will move between:

ease and exertion, articulation and strength, internal attention and adjustments.

The seated sequence will be one of the first practices I invite you to return to throughout the season. Rather than treating it as a single video to complete and move on from, I’d like to develop it into something we can study together: repeating the sequence, looking more closely at particular movements, and noticing what changes through familiarity.

More soon. Autumn Radiance is underway.
