Chapter 3 Reboot, Page 22 (Patreon)

I'll make an announcement to every tier later today, but I will be a guest at New World Comic Con this weekend in Oklahoma City! I'm trying to get all my merch dusted off and ready for a con since I don't do these as often as I used to. I'm hoping that will change when I get Book 1 printed and ready to go.

I did the last 5 pages in one big chunk and that was such a mistake! But I wanted to get these out of the way so I could spend 2 weeks working on my website/online shop. My website for my art portfolio has been down for months and I plan on having FaLLEN in color go public in August, so I need to get all of that ready to go!

Here's the thumbnail, which is MOSTLY me just recycling older art.

Line art and spot blacking! You'll notice I did not put bandages on Arma... I actually forgot them in the last update as well haha.

Silhouettes!

Flat colors! Still no bandages...

Shadows! The more characters on the page the less fun this step is.

In contrast, this is one step I usually like but it does take longer with more characters. Highlights and color gradations.

Patterns and textures! Oh look, Arma has bandages! She took off her arm bandages in a previous page but I realized she couldn't remove all of them in that time, so I drew the other bandages in this step.

Added tex like dialogue and Vox's hiss at the bottom. All done!
