5 Lineart Pages! I Was Locked Out!? (Patreon)

Hey all! I went a little quiet in July for a pretty silly reason... I got locked out of my account! Patreon has decided I am an 18+ creator (lol all right) and they needed me to do a bunch of verification steps because of that. Even though I've been on the platform for years! But their verification process was kind of a joke. I finally got verified Friday, when I was out of town of course. I'm back in town and decided to throw up some of what I've been working on.

I'm going to post a regular illustration to $2+ tiers Tuesday and Thursday I'll have an 18+ artwork go up to the $6+ tier. I'm glad I have access to Patreon again, that was super weird to need to verify who I was after like a decade of using Patreon, haha.

Here's some lineart from the pages I've been working on. I'm a little past the lineart stage but I wanted to post something for the $1+ tiers as well. Full-color, finished pages will go up for $2+ tiers probably at the end of next week, since I'm working on all of these at once.

I haven't decided if the background is going to get drawn behind Arma or if it will be a bunch of flowers and girly stuff. But man, I'm glad I got to redraw Lamia's hands in the bottom right panel! They always bothered me in the original version.

Redid the hands on the tie again! This page, man... I actually redrew Lamia in the bottom right several times because I wasn't sure how I would redo this panel for a teen-appropriate audience. I no longer show full-blown boobehs but I wanted to keep the scene as much as I could. I would not be surprised if I add some sound effects or whooshing lines over a lot of this to cover it all.

Oh boy, this page took a while. I didn't just do a straight trace of my original line art, I redid quite a lot of the background. The cafe has been redesigned and the tables and chairs are different. I made it all a bit more casual. I don't know what I was thinking with the original page having table cloths. I also took out the terrace concept and just plopped them down on the sidewalk.

Another page that actually had me going into the background and redoing a lot. I realized with the way I had set things up in the previous page that I couldn't have the middle panel facing the street, so I drew the dang cafe, haha. Redid the tables and chairs as well. This page took a while because of that.

This page didn't take as long to draw, thankfully. I realized while posting these I never added the lines for the fishbone sidewalk texture. But hey there, new character!
