Chapter 1 Reboot, Page 22 (Patreon)

Finished this! Or rather, I hit that "Meh, good enough" moment and stopped.

I'm going to be on TV in April so I'm kind of trying to get these finished before then but pffft... I don't think that will happen. Unless the show is in late April... I still have not been told when it's airing.

Behind The Scenes:

I decided to squeeze one more panel into this page for some reason, haha. Here's the original thumbnail, though.

Now you can see in the bottom right there is an extra image. These are my rough sketches for the page.

My lineart and panels are done. And yeah, I really do my lineart off of such super rough sketches.

Silhouettes and rough balloon placement with dialogue.

Flat colors, though the background has some gradation in it already.

Shadows!

Gradations on the characters, spot blacking, patterns on gowns, etc.

Highlights, blush, tweaking...

Finished backgrounds and added balloons, dialogue, sound effects, etc. I also tried an experimental balloon for Lamia in the last panel that I probably don't like but we're just going to go ahead and move on to the next page.
