Taylor Made - Chapter 1 [Free Tier] 🔓 (Patreon)

Taylor Hughes has the brains for MIT, but when his physical "development" forces him to attend a crucial scholarship ceremony as a young woman, he learns lessons no classroom could teach.

This is the beginning of Taylor's story - and I'm making it free because I want as many people as possible to meet Taylor and friends.

The novel spans 15 chapters that started as a simple idea and became a story about found family, identity, and the terrifying relief of being seen.

For the art, I developed a style I'd been wanting to try for a long time: Daz Studio renders as the base, run through their new cartoon shader, and then a full paint-over pass in Photoshop on my Wacom tablet. The result sits somewhere between a graphic novel and an illustrated book, which felt right for Taylor's story.

If you like Chapter 1, the full novel is available to patrons. I think you'll want to see where Taylor ends up!

I hope you love the story as much as I do. 💕
