Without further ado, the winner was... B.B. ! Congratulations! 🥳 They wrote:

This is the story of a thirty-year old womanizer. One day, he decided to see a psychologist as he had been suffering from a depression for few months without knowing the reason. What he did not know, was that the psychologist was a woman he slept with few years ago. The psychologist saw in this situation a good opportunity to get her revenge : she told him that he suffered from depression because he unconsciously wanted to be a woman. The womanizer believed her, and he decided to take feminine hormones and to undergo surgeries. One year later, the former womanizer got her sex reassignment surgery, the psychologist's revenge is now complete as the womanizer is now a beautiful and feminine woman.

I'd expected this to be a fun, simple caption. But, uh, it turned out to be 10 pages with custom art that I created for the story. I really hope you like it!
