2026 August Update #01 (Patreon)

The project is finally complete — the only remaining piece is the audio work. One of the team members handling that side is currently on vacation, so we're looking at a slight delay, but we're essentially there.

Honestly, I can't believe we actually pulled it off. There are things I'd do differently in hindsight, but this was my first project of this scale and my primary goal was simply to ship it. That counts for a lot.

Once it's out, I'm planning to write a few posts breaking down what I learned throughout the process — both as a resource for anyone tackling something similar in the future, and as a way to reflect and document it for myself.
