Had a project with Mei as one of the characters, but since I'm not sure I'll ever finish it, I figured I'd go ahead and release the model I put together for you guys. The rig isn't the most sophisticated, but it should cover all your basic needs. Don't be afraid to edit it, add controls, or make it your own. Oh, and it comes with both a female and futa version, so you should be covered for whichever kind of renders you're going for.

Click Mei's rig

Go into pose mode

Click the yellow circular bone by Mei's feet called "Subroot"

Navigate to your "Item" panel

Click the "Properties" drop down section
