It’s a bit of a curveball episode but how could we turn down an opportunity to interview Jeff Goldblum! Do you ever hear music in everyday life — in conversation, city noise, or nature — and how does that correlate with your acting career. How do you think acting has shaped your approach to jazz — especially in terms of timing, improvisation, and presence?

How do you get into “flow”, in life, acting and music?

Drew Henmi

How do you split your time with multiple creative endeavors (ie acting and music)? Do you prefer to work on one at a time during any given period of time (ie acting during one month, music during the next), or do you find it beneficial to kind of mix them together?

Tony

I’d love to hear a deep dive into his creative process! His philosophical approach to writing music, how he deals with writers block ? I think this last one would be great for all guests! Thank you!

I'll admit that I was out for a drink with some mates and I asked the table if they had a question for Jeff Goldblum. So blame them, not me lol

What’s the worst/best score to a movie you’ve starred in.

If you could score your dreams with jazz, what kind of groove would your recurring ones have—and who would you have on piano?
