Patron Commission January 2024 - Ancestral Elven Queen (WIP) (Patreon)

Hello everyone!
--- Update February 3rd ---
Finished posing, and added a mirror just to check if the angle was right, I might lower the arm a bit more... I know that this might sound awkward but, I think the pose is just right to hold a cellphone and take a selfie lol.
Anyway, today I will finish adjusting the pose so I can start working on the clothes and hair. I think I will finish her today, and print her tomorrow.
--- End of Update ---
Sorry for the late WIP, even though I have made elves before, the requested pose has a bit more curved body type, therefor I thought it would be for the best that I made a new body so I did.
To reach this state I wanted a nice body reference, but I could not find any matching what I was looking for. While searching I was presented with an AI website, so I decided to try it. I filled the text and iterated many times and I had nothing good lol. Then I found a base on Image generation on this site. So I picked up the images that I liked, assembled a sheet, and did some redraws over it. Then I asked the AI to iterate again fixing my mistakes (Just for the record the hands that I draw are even worse than AI-generated ones lol). With the AI draw in hand, I made a few small adjustments and then It was ready. It was a long process but considering that I don't know how to draw in 2d it saved me some time.
With the body proportions in hand, I took it to Zbrush to start my blocking process. I'm almost done with the blocking. I will start working on the foot, The In-game model is always barefoot but, for this one, I will base it on a Cosplayer that I have seen, she was wearing an ankle bracelet and also high heels (not that high) tied to the foot by some golden strap. I thought it was fancy, worthy of a queen.
For the final piece, there will be a Mirror, a chalice, an empty, and a spell. I will also create a variation of her without the corset (still covered breasts).
I will keep updating this post as I work on the sculpture.
Best regards,
Ivo
