Just saying hey and rambling about writing scripts, rom coms, getting my blood drawn (it sucked), an old cartoon's theme song (sorry for forcing you to listen to it but it's catchy ok), and Snapchat (someone explain this app to me). Lotsa love šŸ–¤

I believe that it isnā€™t sooo important to keep it vague and make it match what we experience/have experienced ourselves. For me at least the audios more than anything else build a world I can escape to. And if itā€™s not quite like Iā€˜m used to that will be even more so. For a while I donā€™t have to think about law, donā€™t have to think about studying, donā€™t have to worry about those close to me, donā€™t have to be the unlikeable nerd, but can rather be someone that people actually like to spend time with. I really donā€™t want to be myself in the audios anyways, so I donā€™t need to match everything in the description šŸ˜‰ Also: itā€™s possible to draw blood from a vampire? šŸ˜³ Also: if you enjoy relistening to theme songs from old childrenā€™s series, try just watching them in a bunch of different languages. Thatā€™s so fun. The best one Iā€™ve ever heard is the different versions of the gummy bears xD Norwegian is just awesome #bumpibjĆørn šŸ˜‚

I feel like your audios generally have a good mix of detail & generalization to be different enough to not sound like you're reading off a free-to-use script while not being specific enough to where no-one relates to it. Idk I think you've already got a good instinct when it comes to that so you shouldn't worry too much about it. I remember a couple of the PBS shows I loved as a kid were Cyberchase and Zoboomafoo, the song gave the same vibes. Also definitely get the etiquette issue, I'm pretty sure you're right about the empty snaps being for streaks but I think it's a mix of that and people being really awkward when trying to start conversations and snapchat not really being a great app for convos. Like people already stress out about taking pics of themselves and now add making good conversation on top of that šŸ’€.

Man, I love rambles theyā€™re the best thing ever. I canā€™t give you an answer about the Snapchat thing because I donā€™t understand it either, but regarding the audios I can say that at least for me I donā€™t care if I canā€™t relate to the listener. so as far I am concerned you can make and audio thatā€™s super specific or super simple as long as it has your voice and a decent history, Iā€™m gonna enjoy it

So for the Snapchat etiquette, whenever someone sends a snap with no caption, theyā€™re basically just trying to start/maintaining a streak. Thereā€™s also a theory going on that there is a secret code within the snaps of ppl, have a look down here: Half face pics - only platonic relation Full face pics - feeling confident Mirror pics/outfit checks - craves for a compliment Full face goofy faces - feeling comfy around you Videos of them talking - theyā€™re interested in you. Bonus: if a guy pauses his game to respond to your snap - HE WANTS YOU This theory isnā€™t proven yet, but the majority of snap users report this. For more Snapchat lessons you should add mešŸ‘€

I see how this can be confusing šŸ˜­ When someone sends you a random snap of a wall or whatever, itā€™s usually because of streaks. You could answer with a snap of a wall or something else itā€™s up to you. Some people start a conversation based on how fast you reply, so if someone sends you a snap and you reply relatively fast they could either, sand a random/goofy snap back or they just start texting. Snapchat isnā€™t the best app for conversations people mostly just use it for goofy or random pic at least thatā€™s what I did a few years ago

Instead of keeping the audios vague, you could try making it ultra specific. Like the listener is competing for a scholarship so they can go to a good school because they've always wanted to be an astronaut ever since they watched Star Wars at age 9 growing up in Jacksonville and also their name is LaJarvis.
