Time Zone Update for Western Canada (Patreon)

All versions of Windows that do not receive regular updates will incorrectly set the time backward by one hour on November 1 in most of Western Canada. To prevent this from happening, use the new Manitoba, Alberta and British Columbia time zone options that are introduced by this special update. Just apply the .reg file and adjust the time settings.
