Olivier Mira Armstrong encounters a blizzard while leading her troops and has no choice but to seek temporary shelter in a mountain cave. Her subordinates prepare a mysterious elixir crafted through alchemy, said to rapidly warm the body. After drinking it, Olivier still feels slightly insufficiently warmed and decides to personally demonstrate with her body what the Armstrong family's generations-old warm-up routine entails.
