Allies & Adversaries: Winter's Urchins (Patreon)

Happy Holidays! With a Dickensian flourish, we present you with three urchins designed for insertion into your campaign. Hope (and her baby dragonborn, Scales) is a young tiefling orphan; Ketch the Clever is a 10-year old pickpocket and hustler; while Bill Thorpe is a grimy bully of the streets.
