a quick-ish style warmup since i'm getting rusty already. practive drawing over a stretched 20x160px image, then using a smooth-scaler to get those new-wave rounded edges. threw on a cardstock texture i had laying around to dirty it up a little.

on a side note, my one new years resolution is to get back into reading gothic pulps, supernatural romances and mass market urban fantasy. Especially the bad stuff! I found some monster fucking reverse harem novels to dig into as well, but i think that's basically the same, right?
