It was fun exploring the mind of a hot-blooded man and woman, but I'm looking forward to Grave and Ellie's conversation about how they're feeling. I want Grave to speak for himself. Writing dialogue and exploring a character's psychology in different situations is fun for me, but sometimes I feel compelled to speak on their behalf because readers are eager, and it takes time to get to these parts. btw, his inner monologue is inspired by psalms 23:4. I saw some dude praying because he was getting haunted, and I thought the prayer was so beautiful 😂
