What are you looking forward to? (Patreon)

As my highest tiered patrons, I'm curious what you're all looking forward to seeing happen in the story and what sort of things excite you the most. Is it fluff? Is it sexy times? Is it Grave curb stomping a criminal? Is it the character's history? Would you like to see more silliness or chaos ensue? More thrilling elements or dramatic situations?

Right now, there's not a lot of engagement between our couple and the outside world and there's not a lot of conflict between them. I plan for more things to happen, but I don't want to rely heavily on the highs too much to tell a story. I want to be able to make quiet, less intense moments still interesting. Like in Ghibli, something as simple as characters cooking or eating can be interesting, but I feel like I haven't quite grasp how to do that yet.

Do you mean like a love triangle? I did have an idea for a new chaotic character to enter the picture, but I didn't plan for him to appear until later in the story when some pretty big things happen between Ellie and Grave.

I think I would like to see a bit more on their backstories and some more fluff to see more of their emotional connection

Personally, I like that the conflict they have mostly isn't between the two of them, but between themselves and the world. I like that she helps him face the monsters of his past, while he teaches her to face what she fears or needs to fight. I want to see them become more then they are separately, to stand together as a couple. Im not fond of actual love triangles, but having others express interest, specifically so the main characters can say "no, I'm taken and happy about it" is very satisfying. The idea of a self rescuing damsel is fun too. Maybe Elle has to use something Grave taught her? Your naughty scenes are always hot, so thats all good. 😁

I think for me, other than just the hotness of both, the best parts are them working through their own issues and having real conversations with each other. As someone else said, their issues are between them and the world, not between them as a couple and I really appreciate that. Background would be lovely and another facet of understanding their relationship.

Conflict could be like disagreements, different perspectives on the world, and playful teasing, or bickering like an old couple lol I don't want to create drama between them for the sake of it. I like what you wrote here--we're on the same page for a lot of things, but I think you worded it really well.

I feel like I need I want to know more about Graves and Ellie stories. I want to know where there insecurities are coming from. I want them to react to something that happened to personally instead of them being so vague about it. It doesn’t have to be a big or major event. But something small that made them change something about themselves in life.

Yeah, there's enough craziness in the world for them to contend with. No need to create a rift for the sake of it. I just meant conflict as in some of their principals or values differing, or something as minor as playful bickering or teasing. Just to keep them on their toes lol

Yes! That sounds delicious! I also love the moments where they doubt themselves but the other is all in. Honestly, I’ve seen a huge shift in my own self esteem as someone who is shaped like her… thank you!

I want to start by saying I love this story and the characters so much, and I love the fluff and sexy times stuff but I’d really like to see more character development. I think it would be nice to see some character history and maybe a little more inner monologue. Also I wouldn’t mind seeing Ellie take on a little more dominant role especially after the time jump because I would assume she’s a little more comfortable and confident in the relationship. We know Grave has some pretty serious trauma to process and Ellie is supportive but I would hate to see Ellie’s needs be pushed aside. I think in relationships where one person is a trauma survivor the other does need to be supportive but also assertive or they can wander into codependent territory….☝🏻I also wouldn’t mind a little former love interest drama lol, I’d love to see a jealous Grave 🤤🤤🤤

I think fluff as Grave actively knowing and trying to find ways to take care of Ellie during her time of the month, or more tangible ways that Ellie can show him how much she really does love and care for him (things like that/super mundane every day things plus over the top romance every now and then) ❤️

What's their personal back story, what were their parents like if they were around? I think I like when the relationship is going well, but they have like family issues, or they are asked to make a big life decision like relocating or something and the couple has to work through that together. I really dislike the miscommunication trope, and I loathe the cheating trope as well. I also love seeing the main couple be soft with each other but I like when there are moments of what I’m gonna call “spice”. And in addition, I like having the character’s backstories sprinkled in as well—like little flashbacks or something as the story progresses if there are moments that reminds a character about something that happened in the past—kind of like how they did in the Charlie and the chocolate factory movie if that helps explain what I mean.

You're my 1st patreon sub so please forgive this old lady if I sound too much like an old person 😂 with that said I read quite a bit of NSFW adult themed everything(books, novels & webtoons). I have found that some of the most compelling stories I've read, be it the novel and then the webtoon adaption or vice versa generally have a nice balance of all 3 of the things you've mentioned. Each serves a purpose in moving the plot forward or fostering growth in the world or its characters. Fluff moments can take us out of the drama for softer moments and drama can pull us deeper into the world we are watching your characters move through. The NSFW moments I find to be relief 😌 from both fluff & more serious moments and plot devices. Sometimes it let's us mentally experiment with ideas we wouldn't otherwise encounter in real life and that touch of fantasy is what draws most people to the genre I think. I truly love finding hidden gems of creators(like yourself) because watching your growth over time is just mesmerizing & mind blowing at times. I fully believe that stories like this will be the way the future consumes art & literature. It's a beautiful thing to watch artists blossom into their full potential thru their trials and errors. I think if you keep all that in mind and keep doing what you've been doing you'll find your balance in the pace of your story. Also, please remember there are adult webtoons out now that are on their 2nd & 3rd seasons so don't ever second guess yourself if you're moving too slowly(or too quickly) through the plot points you want to include. The people who are truly invested in Ellie & Grave's story will want to fully immerse themselves in their(& your) world. I've said enough I think... That's a good idea. Some heavy, major stuff happened in their pasts so that's why they can't talk about it too much at this point in their relationship, but I like the idea of them revealing smaller morsels of themselves.

I definitely enjoy a good slow burn story and I think it's important for characters to really develop before just jumping into bed. However, and I'm not saying this has been the case, but eventually slow burns can get frustrating or tiresome. I think the pace you have going is pretty great so keep with it. I would like to see some sort of drama but not something like a woman from Grave's past causes insecurities but maybe a different aspect from his past. Obviously his PTSD is clear but there should be something exciting to have him push past it - like maybe have to save Ellie. A little action? Either way, I feel as if you go with your gut, you can't go wrong. You have had people absorbed from the beginning so trust yourself and where you want to take these characters. The world you created is beautiful and yours.

Aww thanks Mallory ❤️ personally I do think the pace has slowed down, so I'm trying to pick it back up. A lot of personal stuff going on that seems to be impacting it. I definitely have some action planned. Just letting them have a little more fun together before the heavy hitting stuff inevitably happens.

Thank you for asking. I’ve never seen an artist on here do that. The fluff and the NSFW stuff is 💯! I know you have a storyline worked out, which so far has got me very curious. It seems Grave has some hang ups that’s created some boundaries with Ellie, despite being taken with her. I would love to see Ellie pursue Grave in that light. He’s so reserved, and she’s so gentle. I can see her working her way in. Also maybe they have a fight, or a tiff? Idk just to mix it up lol. Thank you for all that you do ❤️❤️❤️

I just had a random thought on something that might be fun to see. I first noticed this comic when I was randomly looking around on webtoons and it was the picture of grave in the chair with the gun that made me decide to check out the comic. Side note still my all time favorite picture and that says a lot. It might be fun to see him getting into a bounty or two. Just a half baked idea I wanted to throw out there
