Joey

Awesome 😎

Cole Jennett

Watching the full length as this popped up

Bill Maurer

"If you're in the Air Force and you're not in flight school, it means you're scraping bird shit off of some runway in Guam for two years ....." Saw this when I was in the Air Force at Ramstein AB Germany and the entire crown erupted with laughter.

Mike Stevenson

Tom Hanks agreed to Toy Story when they showed Woody doing the DON'T EAT THE CAR! NOT THE CAR! bit 🤣🤣

Richard Bourne

Cassie, THE GHOST AND THE DARKNESS I think is one of your BEST reviews. At the end you sounded like a professional movie critic with some of your comments. I loved that movie back when it came out, but now I have watched your review three times. GREAT JOB.

Richard Bourne

Wow, my Dad had a pants presser like that.

Richard Bourne

Hey, it's Sgt. Al Powell from Die Hard.

Y'all watched Jaws, which is an animal (fish) movie, too. You'd probably like THE EDGE with Anthony Hopkins and Alec Baldwin, too

I believe Hooch is a French Mastiff (a.k.a. Dogue de Bordeaux)

Bill Hayden

Cassie, it's OK that you aren't the biggest dog fan. We all understand your aversion to face lickers. 😉

Wesley White

Loved every minute of this reaction, and even my buddies enjoyed it! This was so tender like I said! Makes me smile that Carly loves dogs as much as I do, at least you can appreciate them and that makes me smile! Hope you're feeling better, love and support to you and Carly always! Thank you so much for the birthday wishes, you're the best and a sweetheart! Like I said, I sent out the package to you and Carly today, can't wait to see you two wear them when you two watch The Mummy (1999) this spooky season! If Hoser was still alive, you and Carly would've loved him, I miss him so much😭 Have a great Thursday, love and support again lol! God bless you, Carly, and your family [virtual hug] and as always [snaps fingers & winks] stay classy Cassie🥰😁😉😇🙏👍🌹

Carol Rocha

Awesome! Always cry though. Lol.

Jason Jardine

Wish K-9, with Jim Belushi, was on your list. That, for me, was better than Turner and Hooch.

Omar

Nice rewatch except I was happy to not see Tom Hanks speedo legs since last time I saw this 25 years ago, and would like another 25 years without seeing them again

Ria Grix

Such a great example of that 80s sweet comedy, drama genre. There seemed to be loads of movies like this at that time.

Judy M. Goodman

You two had the same reaction I had when I first saw this in the theater. In those days, I was more solvent and went back for 2nds or 3rds in the same week -- sometimes more. I'm going to try to do that again tonight! So glad this movie made the cut! BTW Hooch was played by Beasley the Dog from Wisconsin. According to IMDb: "He was a Dogue de Bordeaux (French Mastiff), and Turner and Hooch (1988) was his first and only movie. He played the house-wrecking police dog who drank beer. The average lifespan of a french mastiff is 5-8 years. Beasley lived until he was 14 years old. [He was] Owned and trained by Clint Rowe.

Another "man's best friend" movie I'd recommend is "My Dog Skip". Very well done.

Jimmy Reyes

K-9 is a movie that is similar to Turner and Hooch that has Jim Belushi starring in it. it also pulls at the same heart strings as turner and hooch.

Jake McNulty

Might I ask if either of you ladies have ever seen any of the "Lassie" films? I think you'd probably enjoy those. Personally I recommend the 2005 film with Peter O'Toole, Samantha Morton and Peter Dinklage.

I actually thought at first he was a Cane Corso (Italian Mastiff) which was the Roman "Dog of War." Same company, different department :)

james flack

"My Dog Skip" has a lot to bring to the table, Just sayin'.........🤔

A Lassie week? Starting with Lassie Come Home (1943).

Gilbert Gonzalez

K-9 is a good one, I see a lot of people mentioning it. It’s also a trilogy of 3 movies, K-9, K-911, and K-9: P.I. lol Chuck Norris also did a dog/cop movie that I used to watch when I was younger called Top Dog 😂

Gilbert Gonzalez

There is also a Turner & Hooch tv show on Disney+ with Josh Peck playing the son of Tom Hanks character from this movie lol

Luke Godfrey

Finally got around to watching the full reaction. It was nice seeing this movie again after all these years, but it’s definitely not as good as K-9 (1989) starring Jim Belushi. Too much slobber in this one. The dog in K-9 is way cuter. I really hope Cassie and Carly watch it to see how it compares. 🤞🏻
