Next Month (June) - Apts & Houses (and more) 📋 (Patreon)

Alright, I know there are some other mods out there that allow you to have properties but I didn't find any of them that was satisfying enough, so I decided to create my own and by doing so I will be able to connect it with my other existing and upcoming mods beside adding also some other features.

Of course there will be all the indoor activities like smoking bong, drinking whiskey, wine, beer (with drunk and stoned effect), listening to the radio, watching TV, taking showers...It will be possible to have a garage and most likely a tax system on the properties. It will be polished and well integrated with the game always keeping immersion and functionality in mind.

Thank you for your help and support!
