DESCRIPTION:

For now the functional features are:

Visit the Real Estate office to browse, buy/sell apartments and houses (at the moment only in Los Santos and without the stilt houses)

You can buy separately the Garage of your property and store vehicles in there (expensive properties tend to have garages with more slots)

You can buy a Dock to store your water vehicles

You can buy a Hangar to store up to 3 vehicles of ANY kind

Vehicle Service! If you own any property that lets you store vehicles (garage, dock, hangar) you'll find a new contact in the phone that add the possibility to any of you your vehicle to be delivered wherever you want or at a convenient spot close to you.You can also call to repair and return a vehicle to your property in case you left it somewhere.

Tax system (after sometime you are required to pay a certain amount of money according to the properties you own, if it happens you cannot pay, you lose your stuff)

Lots of things to do once inside your place: watch TV, smoke bong, drink beer, wine, whiskey, wheat grass, sleep to pass the time, listen to the radio, take a shower, change your clothes

Get stoned or drunk.. or recover and remove "bad" effects by drinking wheat grass. The more you smoke the longer the drug effects last and the more you drink the more wasted you'll get.

- Each character can have a home a garage and a dock (yes, only one of each as I wanted to keep things simple) which can be bought and sold at the Real Estate office.

- While browsing for houses you can open your map to check its location.

- The properties already owned by other characters won't be available for purchase and are marked with "SOLD" while browsing.

- When entering your property, the mod checks if you have the Online Maps enabled and if you don't it will enable them for you and disable them again once you leave. If you have them already enabled the entrance/exit will be smoother.

- The vehicles you store in your garage/dock are automatically saved but you will lose the ones who get destroyed. Take care of them.

If you have my other mod HungerSleep with the sleep feature turned on the sleep system of this mod will be "overrided" from the one of HungerSleep that allows you to get rest.I will surely work on the compatibility with all my mods.

CONFIGURABLE FEATURES (💎Patron version only):

PriceMultiplier - General multiplier of prices for properties

Taxes - Toggle on/off taxes feature

TaxesMultiplier - Multiplier of the taxes' money you have to pay

TaxesMinutesInterval - Real time minutes between taxes pay times. DEFAULT = 144 (3 in game days)

AllowStolenVehicles - Toggle on/off the possibility to store stolen vehicles

VehicleServiceCostMultiplier - Multiplier of the price of Vehicle Services

VehicleServiceDelaySeconds - Approximate waiting time in seconds for your Vehicle to be delivered/returned

Put the files from the downloaded archive into your "scripts" folder.

Disable BattlEye in your Rockstar Launcher or by adding the launch option -nobattleye

Remember after installing "ScriptHookVDotNet" to change the settings of its config file "ScriptHookVDotNet.ini" in your main GTAV folder:- ScriptTimeoutThreshold=60000

If you are updating from an older version, remember to change again the variable in the settings file to your liking.

🚨IMPORTANT!

If you are updating from the older version, dont copy/overwrite the folder "Dealien_AptsAndHouses" with the vehicles data otherwise your saved vehicles will be deleted.

Obviously not compatible with SPA and maybe similar.
