CHECO PÉREZ!!!! (Patreon)

At long last I have drawn checo.. This may be my favorite driver sketchbook page so far.. perhaps… daniel…two drivers who are no longer racing :-(

For this page I sketched with a blue pen, covered that with a semi opaque posca pink, and then inked in a gray and black pen. One of my pens is gray, then I have a “black” pen that absorbs into the posca a bit more and turns dark gray, then I have other pens that are more shiny and fully black. This combination of pens provides me with THREE different values. wow!! Then I add the background back in with white posca to clean everything up.
