Oh, ya'll have a few more parts to this journey, don't worry. :) Blood and Wine was made to be a send-off for Witcher 3, so they made sure they give you quite a few hours in Toussaint. You're about halfway through, and some of the side quests you get make it even more worth it to take your time.
