I'm from Bakersfield and back in 2015-16ish I lived in a neighborhood off the same road EDPs apartment was on. Me and my friend would see him sitting at the bus stop on his way to the gym every day (or at least that's what he told us). We were edgy teenagers so naturally we were fans. So, long story short we have some accursed selfies with EDP while we were teenagers. Our interactions with him were entirely appropriate. And I don't mean to insinuate we were in any kind of danger, we were 2 very athletic 17 year olds, we could've outrun him backwards and folded him if necessary. But, still an insane memory and some insane selfies lol.

These chatlogs make it pretty obvious imo why police never take these predator poachers seriously. For one, you can't be that flirtatious and into the sexting. Everything has to be started and done by the predator. For example, the decoy alluding to sex by talking about wanting to do more than kissing buy making him be the one to say it could possibly be seen as entrapment. Even more so, once he hit the "moment of clarity" and wanted to back out of meeting, the decoy then continued to try and coax and manipulate him into showing up to meet anyway, which would absolutely be entrapment. There's a reason the tcap decoys always seemed so uninterested and bland, because they had to be.
